WOODBRIDGE Prezzo. Suffolk

Just a quick note about my recent visits to the newly opened Italian restaurant in Woodbridge.
I have visited twice. Altho I found the food and the atmosphere of a reasonably good standard I found the senior staff there totally unacceptable. She really made the whole experience unbearable with her rude and surly attitude.
After my first run in with her when she told me she was unable to help me pay my bill (Nealy 100 pounds) as she was and I quote 'not supposed to be there' altho, she seemed quite at ease chain smoking in leather sofas in the entrance to the restauant, I presume, mainly meant for the paying customer. She seemed to be quite upset as I was interupting her and her friends socialising and drinking.
My second encounter with this supposidly senior staff was today when my father aged 70 took my children and I out for lunch my brother and his child joining us from Cambridge. After a super relaxed lunch with a very helpful portugese waiter we again had problems while paying the bill which was also the first time we had to have dealings with this particular member of staff who once again was relaxing on her favourite sofa (even the the rest of the restaurant was a hive of activity)
Not only was she incredibly rude to my father and quite upset him she was also unnecessarily short and unfriendly with our fantastic waiter.
She once again spoiled our visit to Prezzos Woodbridge!
We cant be the only ones. Can something be done about her?
