Nothing short of fantastic
by Graham Jones - Friday 18th 2004f June 2004
Picked a quiet day to go out for dinner and try somewhere new in Cambridge. Whilst everyone was watching England win and France draw myself and my partner enjoyed the best Thai food we have had ever. The food was as good as you would get in Thailand and very authentic and the staff very helpful and with the customary Thai welcome we felt very much at home. As the restaurant is in the basement this initially put me off but once in we were made to feel welcome and had great food complimented with Thai beers and Thai wine (they also apparently have Thai Whiskey). Also, Belinda Carlisle (remember her?) was there so a bit of people spotting made for a very different evening. They also have traditional Thai floor seating which we will try next time we are there (which will be very very soon indeed). Can't come recommended highly enough.
