Reasonable food, glacial service

A group of my work colleagues and I recently went in for the FT lunch deal, hoping to get two courses in between 1-2pm. The food, when it arrived, was of reasonable/ good quality - nothing too memorable, but for the price.... What really messed things up was that it took an hour and a half to get the two courses (lucky that everyone wanted a starter and main course). We finally made it out around 2.45, with most of us leaving without great memories of it. Oh, and they tried to include the service charge as part of the bill (that really narks)...
