Review of Footlights Restaurant & Bar

What on earth have they done to the interior of the place?? Its now a very serious-looking place with no character! There were only three other customers in the reataurant, so when we asked for a 'smoking' table and were told that we could only smoke at the bar, we were not impressed! Needless to say, we decided not to stay (and ended up having a lovely meal at Chilis restaurant just round the corner!)
The people at Footlights really need to work out what market they are trying to cater to - it looks like a happening trendy Mexican restaurant from the outside, but a formal, boring, business-meeting like place inside!?!
