After eating my favorite crispy chicken meal, I ordered a chocolate fudge sundae with nuts.

To my surprise the cup was half full including the topping. "That's not full!" I exclaimed. The red shirted clerk grabbed it and weighed the sundae on a scale beside the ice cream machine.

"It's just right. Somebody has been giving you too much."

I took it and read a job application board about Carlie giving smiles to customers. She is the manager? Treats customs in a rude manner without a smile.

I have never been treated like this at any other of the many McDonalds I visit. I complained to her. She's the manager. Please give her a clue!
