Highly recommended

I went to Yippee for a meal on my birthday. I had a Japanese curry dish, which I was very satisfied with. Both the quality and quantity of food were in abundance. In fact I could not finish the meal, there was so much of it. Service was good too - it arrived after about 10 minutes, no doubt because they had so many chefs there - you can see them cooking which is reassuring. This place serves similar food to Bangkok House on Green St, but service, prices and quantity of food are much better. The food quality is as good. A couple of small criticisms, a small glass of orange juice is £2.20 which is a con, although the prices of the main courses themselves are very reasonable and make up for this. Secondly, they do not serve coffee. Fair enough, they want to offer a traditional Japanese experience, but if there is consumer demand for coffee, they should meet it. Overall, 10/10
